Altshuler Shaham’s Learning & Development department set out to create a leadership model that every manager in the organization could connect with - a shared foundation for leading, inspiring, and growing together.

The challenge was to translate abstract values into a clear visual language: how do you design leadership? How do you take ideas like trust, responsibility, and collaboration, and turn them into something tangible, memorable, and meaningful?

Our concept was built around layers - one element added to another, forming a strong structure anchored in the most important core: the heart of Altshuler Shaham. Each layer represents a different value, and together they create a complete and unified leadership framework. The project was launched at a managers’ conference at the Rabin Center, bringing the model to life in an exciting and impactful way.
