We’ve partnered with Elad for over four years, shaping their employer branding and creating a visual language that continues to support the company today.
Following COVID, Elad transitioned to a flexible office model with no assigned desks. The challenge was clear: how do you create belonging in a space that isn’t “yours”?
Our concept was built around hospitality - making employees feel like guests in a warm, personal living room, where even slippers are welcome. Meeting rooms were designed with rich, inviting materials like wood, metal, and fabric, each with its own color and name.
The result is a vibrant, stylish workplace identity with approachable typography and a friendly, direct tone. The office branding reflects Elad’s employer brand journey, supported by circular spatial flow and subtle transparent graphics that emphasize the company’s value of openness and transparency.
