In collaboration with iDeez, we developed a fresh and engaging employer branding campaign for Menora Mivtachim, designed to strengthen the company’s appeal to new talent while reinforcing internal pride.

The concept placed the individual at the center with the message “Work with Me,” highlighting personal growth, ownership, and the power of working together. Through bold brand colors, dynamic typography, and playful illustrated elements layered over authentic photography, we created a vibrant visual language that feels modern, approachable, and energetic - while staying aligned with Menora’s established brand identity.
