We were asked to develop a new employer branding concept that speaks clearly to current and future employees, reflecting the group’s strength, energy, and the idea of going one step further.

In collaboration with iDeez, an employer branding agency, we created a clean, contemporary visual language based on Electra’s updated brand book — combining bold typography, mature gradients, and a flexible campaign system across platforms. The result is a modern, approachable, and instantly recognizable employer brand.
